Freddy Ortiz has been employed with WPG for over two years. He began his career as an armed guard and is now the site manager for our largest client. Talk about moving up the corporate ladder in a hurry! Freddy has full control over the detail, sets schedules, and maintains a good relationship with the client. He is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and his reports are excellent. But these are only tangible qualities. It is the intangible that sets Freddy apart. The leadership qualities he demonstrates that so few possess and so many seek. Freddy is an important member of WPG's team. But most importantly, it's not just a job to Freddy.
