How to Escape from Killer Bees

If bees begin flying around and stinging you, do not freeze. Run away. Swatting at the bees only makes them angrier.

Get indoors as fast as you can. If this is not an option, run through tall grass or bushes.

Do not jump in a body of water, as the bees will likely be waiting for you when you surface.

Do not bother bee colonies. Call a pest control expert to do so.

Africanized honey bees will defend their hive more aggressively than most domesticated honey-bees. They may chase you for well over one hundred yards to keep you away.
