Skills & Attributes Required
Successful candidates are people of high ethical standards and integrity who possess excellent communication skills. Our Executive Protection Agents and Security Agents/Officers are required to pass our physical fitness test, a criminal and civil background check, a psychological evaluation and a drug test. Our Security Officers are expected to be in shape, presentable, and work toward qualifying for the Security Agent position.
Minimum Requirements
Uniformed Security Officer
- Must possess high school diploma/GED and be 18 years old
- Must be licensed state security guard card
- Must have CPR (adult, child, infant), First Aid, AED
- Must attend and pass pre-deployment training
- No criminal conviction
- Stable work history
Security Agent
- Prior law enforcement or military experience
- Must possess annual physical fitness test
- Must possess high school diploma
- Must possess all security permits:
- State security guard card
- Exposed firearms permit
- Baton permit
- Pepper spray/chemical agent
- Must possess CPR (adult, child, infant), First Aid and AED
- Must attend and pass pre-deployment training
Executive Protection Agent
- Prior law enforcement or military experience
- Must have graduated from an executive protection training program (Executive Security International, Executive Protection
- Institute, POST Dignitary Protection)
- Must pass physical fitness test (yearly)
- Must attend monthly WPG training (non-paid)
- Must have all security permits:
- State security guard card
- Exposed firearms permit
- Baton permit
- Pepper spray/chemical agent
- CCW
- Must be certified in CPR (adult, child, infant), First Aid and AED
- Must be 21 years old and have high school diploma/GED
